We brought food and school supplies, donated by Claudio di Paco and friends

The 29 August 2016 we received 10,115,712 rupiah, on behalf of Sunflower Association, by Claudio Paco which is selling a CD whose proceeds be donated to the children and the poorest families of the islands in Indonesia.

These days we bought all the material and and 6 September 2016 we went to deliver it, taking pictures and video to witness the joy of the people in Kamenti village receive this help from Italian friends.

We were able to prepare 50 bags spending for families that contained 2 kg of rice, 5 packages of pasta, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, flour.

As for the 50 children in this village, we have prepared bags containing: complete case with pen, pencil, eraser, ruler, 12 crayons, 2 pack of biscuits, 2 cans, 5 notebooks and 3 sketchbook, toothpaste, toothbrush and soap.

Thanks Claudio Di Paco and friends for this project called: "Duets for a hope of children" and thank one by one those who bought this CD and those who plan to buy it.

Happy Birthday little Trivena

Happy birthday to Trivena who could celebrate her third birthday thank Emanuela Rossi who gave her a good party and made ​​a special gift, the slate that you write and then erase that she liked so much.

The school bathroom are finished

With great joy we show new bathrooms made in the school with the help of so many people who in recent months have helped us.

A heartfelt thanks to the people who have been close and they helped and supported the work of the school for the bathroom, which thanks to an offer of a friend of mine who wanted to remain anonymous (5,600,000 rupiah) and my ex classmate of masterful Sonia Bolis that along with other friends (Rosanna, Ivonne, Silvia, Carla and Angela) have collected and we have shipped 1,468,163 rupiah.

Finally we managed to see them finished and the student are happy to use them.
A heartfelt thanks to all those who in recent months have given us some offers and cooperated with Sunflower Association to this realization.

A project realized by the children

The ones you see in the picture from left to right are a group of children in our village in Airmadidi which together help to do the household chores, to help their families are very poor and they are: Sekly, David, Steven, Stella, Febry, Aten, Raja.
The initiative is started from Raja that involved his friends in this unique project, which sees them all involved and happy to be able to do something and get their little reward.
How many things do a children because looking we adults and is nice to see them with a smile and with determination and with a really big heart.

Today is the birthday of one of our students and I prepared this reflection.

 What really matters when you are celebrating your birthday.

Matter that there are real friends, the ones that do not make you the best gift, but remember you even when you're sick.

Import love, give everything and keep if only for the desire to change the world.

Import the family that you remember, supports you and will never leave you alone.

Imports have the opportunity every day to dreams and live their dreams because they live or will be realized.

The important is not always stop and have a clear objective to reach, always fight for the ideals without fear of obstacles that must be addressed.

A good parent

Each of us is worried about being a good parent. 

The task to which we are called, in becoming parents, provides reflections quiet, intelligent and targeted towards serenity. 

Giving their children, the superfluous, fill needs and dependencies, put them in a cage in the rules learned, serves for adults only! 

We must regain the ability to think on their own. 

The children don't want unlimited freedom, friends or parents, rather they need to know that responsible adults argue with them and find time to be close to accepting the difficult but natural "challenge". 

There is a need for many parents imperfect, capable of emotions and passions, who can grow with their children without ever losing sight of them!
